All Phillips-Van Heusen's (NYSE:PVH) Segments Look Strong

Citing strength across all the segments of Phillips-Van Heusen (NYSE:PVH), Barclays (NYSE:BCS) maintains their "Overweight" rating on the company while raising their price target.

Barclays said, "Phillips-Van Heusen reported 3Q10 adjusted EPS of $1.55 (ex. $0.43 in non-GAAP items), $0.13 above our $1.42 estimate...3Q10 Initial Look...Given upside to the quarter and continued strength across each of its segments, we are increasing our 2010 EPS estimate to $3.95 from $3.80, despite the incremental $10 mm advertising expense: In addition, we are raising our 2011 EPS estimate to $4.75 from $4.50 and establishing a 2012 EPS estimate of $5.45."

Phillips-Van Heusen closed Friday at $70.00, dropping $1.23, or 1.73 percent. Barclays has a price target on them of $80, increasing it from $75.
