Autodesk's (NASDAQ:ADSK) Growth Driven by EMEA, Emerging Markets

In the short term it appears Autodesk's (NASDAQ:ADSK) growth should be driven by emerging markets and EMEA.

Barclays said, "With operating margins in the low twenties still far below peak of high twenties, we believe our and consensus estimates have significant headroom as the global cyclical recovery takes root. For FY12 and FY13, we forecast EPS of $1.60 and $1.90. Near term, we expect the strongest growth in EMEA and emerging markets, with the manufacturing sector outperforming architecture, engineering and construction. However, we believe industry drivers such as building information modeling (BIM) requirements are creating a natural upgrade cycle for 3D products such as Revit, providing a specific catalyst for Autodesk's AEC business."

Barclays maintains an "Overweight" rating on Autodesk, which last closed at $39.31, down $0.31, or 0.78 percent. Barclays has a price target of $41 on them.
