Now that WESCO International (NYSE:WCC) has come to an agreement with TVC Communications to acquire the company, UBS (NYSE:UBS) sees $0.30 a share added to their EPS estimate for 2011.
UBS said, "On 11/17, WCC announced an agreement to acquire TVC Communications, which WCC believes will be - $0.30/sh accretive to 2011 EPS. Given that we expect the transaction to close before year end, we have adjusted our model to reflect a full year benefit in 2011...We are raising our 2011 EPS estimate to $3.45, from $3.15, and raising 2012 to $3.90, from $3.65. We also assume the redemption of the 2.625% converts that WESCO announced on Nov 19th."
UBS maintains a "Buy" on WESCO International, which closed Friday at $50.63, up $0.30, or 0.60 percent. They have a price target on them of $58, raising it from $50.
