Aeropostale (NYSE:ARO) will be struggling in the near term, according to Wells Fargo (NYSE:WFC), which downgraded the stock on declining business trends for the company.
Wells noted, "ARO's business trends have been slowing in recent quarters--Q3 was the first down margin quarter and we expect Q4 to be the first down comp and EPS quarter since 2007."
Wells Fargo downgraded Aeropostale, Inc. from "Market" to "Underperform." Aeropostale was trading at $24.70, down $0.62, or 2.45 percent, as of 12:31 PM EST. Wells has a valuation range of $23 to $25 on them.
