Ford's (NYSE:F) PT, EPS Boosted by Goldman Sachs (NYSE:GS)

A lot of positive sentiment continues to surround Ford (NYSE:F), as they're admired for surviving the recession without pigging out at the public trough.

They're being rewarded for their tenacity, as consumers gravitate toward their offerings.

Goldman Sachs (NYSE:GS) continues to like Ford as well, as raised their EPS estimates and PT on the automaker.

Full year 2010 estimates were raised from $2.14 to $2.15 and full year 2011 EPS estimates from $2.05 to $2.07.

Goldman also increased their 2012 and 2013 US SAAR forecasts by 500k to 14.5 million and 15.5 million, citing higher normalized demand. Sales projections for 2011 remain at 13 million.

Goldman reiterates their "Buy" rating on Ford, which was trading at $18.76, gaining $0.39, or 2.12 percent, as of 2:05 PM EST. Goldman raised their price target on Ford from $20 to $22.
