Kinross Gold (NYSE:KGC) Price Target Raised by Deutsche Bank (NYSE:DB)

Kinross Gold (NYSE:KGC) had their price target boosted by Deutsche Bank (NYSE:DB) today, as the giant financial institution focused on the gold and overall mining sector today.

Many of the miners with strong exposure to gold had their price targets increased on expectations gold will reach $2,000 an ounce in 2012.

Other factors for those with copper exposure were demand would pick up, and for silver it could skyrocket, although silver has extreme volatility historically, and it could be a bouncy ride.

Deutsche Bank raised their price target on Kinross from $20 to $23, while maintaining their "Hold" rating on them. Kinross was trading at $17.61, gaining $0.25, or 1.44 percent, as of 2:25 PM EST.
