Rockwell Collins (NYSE:COL) Share Price Has Room to Run

With commercial and government growth accelerating in their latest quarter, Goldman Sachs (NYSE:GS) says the share price of Rockwell Collins (NYSE:COL) has room to run.

Goldman noted, "Collins shares have recently played catch-up with the Aerospace group after underperforming for much of 2010, and may have more room to run as investors are temporarily comfortable with Defense and the Commercial business gains strength."

They raised their full 2011 EPS estimate on Rockwell Collins by $0.10 to $4.10 based on the tax increase, but also raised their full year 2012, full year 2013 estimates from $4.40/4.75 to $4.45/4.80, citing a little better government growth.

Goldman Sachs maintains their "Neutral" rating on Rockwell Collins, which was trading at $63.86, gaining $1.02, or 1.62 percent, as of 1:49 PM EST.
