General Electric (NYSE:GE) Declares Quarterly Dividend

General Electric's (NYSE:GE) Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.14 for each outstanding share of the Company's common stock.

The dividend is payable April 25, 2011 to shareowners of record at the close of business on February 28, 2011. The ex-dividend date is February 24, 2011.
