On the company website, iShares Silver Trust (NYSEArca:SLV) said it has increased its silver holdings by 103.25 metric tons to 10,898.14 metric tons as of March 7.
iShares is near its 52-week high of $35.78, reaching that on Monday, although pulling back to close at $35.23.
Silver futures on Monday for April delivery dropped a penny to $35.86 an ounce on the Comex division of the New York Mercantile Exchange.
