Juniper Networks (JNPR) Revenue EST Lowered on NTT

Juniper Networks (NYSE:JNPR) had its revenue estimate lowered by RBC Capital Markets analyst Mark Sue, citing weakness at NTT (NYSE:NTT).

Sue noted, “NTT has reported partial disruptions in the Tohoku and Kanto regions with Enterprise IP VPNs and e-VLAN services also impacted from the earthquakes.”

Japan sales account for about 10 percent of overall sales by Juniper, and they are also the highest in margins of all their sales, he believes.

Revenue for this quarter was cut from $1.09 billion to $1.05 billion, and for the second quarter from $1.17 billion to $1.15 billion.

Sue maintains an "Outperform" rating on Juniper, which was trading at $40.20, falling $0.68, or 1.66 percent, as of 2:17 PM EDT. He has a price target of $46 on the company.
