Earlier in April Dell (NASDAQ:Dell) had announced it plans on spending about $1 billion to open or expand 10 data and customer support centers.
Today on the website of Lithuanian Transport Minister Eligijus Masiulis, it said representatives from Dell met with Masiulis in talk over possible investment opportunities.
Dell said they want to expand in the centers in order to make it easier to sell services, software and hardware to larger companies.
Dell was trading at $15.14, gaining $0.44, or 2.99 percent, as of 2:01 PM EDT.
