Sprint (S) (BHI) (BRCM) (CVS) (SMF) (VCLK) Upgraded

Sprint Nextel (NYSE: S), Baker Hughes (NYSE: BHI), Broadcom Corp (NASDAQ: BRCM), CVS Caremark (NYSE: CVS), Smart & Final (NYSE: SMF) and ValueClick Inc. (NASDAQ: VCLK) upgraded by analysts.

Sprint Nextel (S) was upgraded by Morgan Stanley (NYSE:MS) from an “Outperform” rating to an “Underweight” rating. They have a price target of $3.00 on the company.

Baker Hughes (BHI) was upgraded by Howard Weil from a “Market Perform” rating to an “Outperform” rating. They have a price target of $100.00 on the company, up from $87.00.

Broadcom Corp (BRCM) was upgraded by Charter Equity from a “Market Perform” rating to a “Buy” rating.

CVS Caremark (CVS) was upgraded by William Blair from a “Market Perform” rating to an “Outperform” rating.

Smart & Final (SMF) was upgraded by FBR Capital from a “Market Perform” rating to an “Outperform” rating. They have a price target of $27.00 on the company.

ValueClick Inc. (VCLK) was upgraded by Piper Jaffray (NYSE:PJC) to an (Overweight” rating.
