Hewlett-Packard (HPQ) (AMCF) (BASFY) (BKD) (FVE) (KID) Downgraded

Hewlett-Packard (NYSE: HPQ), Andatee China Marine Fuel Services (NASDAQ: AMCF), BASF SE (NASDAQ: BASFY), Brookdale Senior Living, Inc. (NYSE: BKD), Five Star Quality Care, Inc. (NYSE: FVE) and Kid Brands (NYSE: KID) downgraded by analysts.

Andatee China Marine Fuel Services (AMCF) was downgraded by Rodman & Renshaw from an “Outperform” rating to a “Market Perform” rating.

BASF SE (BASFY) was downgraded by Nomura from a “Neutral” rating to a “Reduce” rating.

Brookdale Senior Living, Inc. (BKD) was downgraded by Stifel Nicolaus from a “Buy” rating to a “Hold” rating.

Five Star Quality Care, Inc. (FVE) was downgraded by Stifel Nicolaus from a “Buy” rating to a “Hold” rating.

Hewlett-Packard (HPQ) was downgraded by BMO Capital Markets from an “Outperform” rating to a “Market Perform” rating.

Kid Brands (NYSE: KID) was downgraded by Needham & Company from a “Strong Buy” rating to a “Buy” rating. They have a price target of $9.00 on the company.
