Adobe (ADBE) (AZO) (CCL) (SCHW) (CBD) (FLS) (AME) Ratings, Numbers Changed

Adobe Systems (NASDAQ:ADBE), AutoZone (NYSE:AZO), Carnival (NYSE:CCL), Charles Schwab (NYSE:SCHW), Cooper Industries (NYSE:CBD), AMETEK (NYSE:AME) and Flowserve (NYSE:FLS) ratings and numbers adjusted by analysts.

Adobe Systems (ADBE) was downgraded by JMP from "Outperform" to "Market Perform."

AMETEK (AME) EPS estimates and price target were lowered at KeyBanc. The new price target is $50 on the company. They have a "Buy" rating on the company.

AutoZone (AZO) had its price target raised by UBS (NYSE:UBS). It raised its price target to $330 on the company. UBS has a "Neutral" rating on Autozone.

Carnival (CCL) had its EPS estimates lowered by UBS through 2012. They have a price target of $40 price target and a "Buy" rating on the company.

Charles Schwab (SCHW) had its price target target cut by FBR to $14. FBR has as "Market Perform" rating on the company.

Cooper Industries (CBD) had its EPS estimates and price target lowered by UBS (NYSE:UBS). They have a price target of $57 and "Buy" rating on the company.

Flowserve (FLS_) was upgraded by UBS from "Neutral" to "Buy." They have a price target of $105 on the company.
