Franklin Resources, Inc. (BEN) was downgraded by Nomura from a “buy” rating to a “neutral” rating.

Core Labs (CLB) was downgraded by FBR Capital from an “Outperform” rating to a “Market Perform” rating. They have a price target of $115.00 on the company.
