BofA (BAC) (TRGL) (TRLG) (UBSI) (AVP) (AXTI) Downgraded

Bank of America (NYSE: BAC), Toreador Resources Co. (NASDAQ: TRGL), True Religion Apparel, Inc. (NASDAQ: TRLG), United Bankshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: UBSI), Avon Products, Inc. (NYSE: AVP) and AXT, Inc. (NASDAQ: AXTI) were downgraded by analysts.

Bank of America (BAC) was downgraded by Morgan Stanley (NYSE:MS) from an “Overweight” rating to an “Equal Weight” rating. They have a price target of $10.00 on the company.

Toreador Resources Co. (TRGL) was downgraded by Standpoint Research from a “Buy” rating to a “Hold” rating.

True Religion Apparel, Inc. (TRLG) was downgraded by Standpoint Research from a “Buy” rating to a “Hold” rating.

United Bankshares, Inc. (UBSI) was downgraded by UBS AG (NYSE:UBS) to a “Hold” rating.

Avon Products, Inc. (AVP) was downgraded by Stifel Nicolaus from a “Buy” rating to a “Hold” rating.

AXT, Inc. (AXTI) was downgraded by Northland Securities from an “Outperform” rating to a “Market Perform” rating. They have a price target of $7.50 on the company, down from $12.00.
