Goodrich (GR) (INTU) (HPY) (HS) (IRBT) (IRM) (KIM) Downgraded

Goodrich Co. (NYSE: GR), Intuit Inc. (NASDAQ: INTU), Heartland Payment Systems Inc. (NYSE: HPY), HealthSpring, Inc. (NYSE: HS), IRobot (NASDAQ: IRBT), Iron Mountain Incorporated (NYSE: IRM) and Kimco Realty Co. (NYSE: KIM) were downgraded by analysts.

Goodrich Co. (GR) was downgraded by Wells Fargo & Co. (NYSE:WFC) from an “Outperform” rating to a “Market Perform” rating.

Intuit Inc. (INTU) was downgraded by Jefferies (NYSE:JEF) from a “Buy” rating to a “Hold” rating. They have a price target of $55.00 on the company.

Heartland Payment Systems Inc. (HPY) was downgraded by SunTrust (NYSE:STI) from a “Buy” rating to a “Neutral” rating.

HealthSpring, Inc. (HS) was downgraded by Susquehanna from a “Positive” rating to a “Neutral” rating.

IRobot (IRBT) was downgraded by JPMorgan Chase & Co. (NYSE:JPM) from an “Overweight” rating to a “Neutral” rating.

Iron Mountain Incorporated (IRM) was downgraded by Stifel Nicolaus from a “Buy” rating to a “Hold” rating.

Kimco Realty Co. (KIM) was downgraded by Raymond James (NYSE:RJF) from a “Strong Buy” rating to an “Outperform” rating.
