El Paso Pipeline Partners (EPB) was downgraded by Morgan Keegan from an “Outperform” rating to a “Market Perform” rating. They have a price target of $36.00 on the company, down from $40.50.
ProAssurance Co. (PRA) was downgraded by SunTrust (NYSE:STI) from a “Buy” rating to a “Neutral” rating.
Sequenom (SQNM) was downgraded by Piper Jaffray (NYSE:PJC) from an “Overweight” rating to a “Neutral” rating. They have a price target $6.25 on the company.
STR Holdings, Inc. (STRI) was downgraded by Feltl & Co. from a “Buy” rating to a “Hold” rating. They have a price target of $8.00 on the company, down from $12.00.
Mobile Telesystems (MBT) was downgraded by JPMorgan Chase & Co. (NYSE:JPM) from an “Overweight” rating to a “Neutral” rating.
