Navigant (NCI) (ESL) (NUVA) (NWE) (ED) (EDE) Downgraded

Navigant Consulting Inc. (NYSE: NCI), Esterline Technologies Co. (NYSE: ESL), NuVasive (NASDAQ: NUVA), NorthWestern Co. (NYSE: NWE), Consolidated Edison, Inc. (NYSE: ED) and Empire District Electric (NYSE: EDE) were downgraded by analysts.

Navigant Consulting Inc. (NCI) was downgraded by SunTrust (NYSE:STI) from a “Buy” rating to a “Neutral” rating.

Esterline Technologies Co. (ESL) was downgraded by Credit Suisse (NYSE:CS) from an “Outperform” rating to a “Neutral” rating. They have a price target $67.00 on the company.

NuVasive (NUVA) was downgraded by William Blair from an “Outperform” rating to a “Market Perform” rating.

NorthWestern Co. (NWE) was downgraded by DA Davidson from a “Buy” rating to a “Neutral” rating. They cited valuation as the catalyst behind the call.

Consolidated Edison, Inc. (ED) was downgraded by RBC Capital from a “Sector Perform” rating to an “Underperform” rating.

Empire District Electric (EDE) was downgraded by Jefferies (NYSE:JEF) from a “Buy” rating to a “Hold” rating.
