Netflix (NFLX) (MMM) (OHI) (PCH) (PPDI) Downgraded

Netflix, Inc. (NASDAQ: NFLX), 3M Company (NYSE: MMM), Omega Healthcare Investors, Inc. (NYSE: OHI), Potlatch Co. (NYSE: PCH) and Pharmaceutical Product Development (NASDAQ: PPDI) were downgraded by analysts.

Netflix, Inc. (NFLX) was downgraded by JPMorgan Chase & Co. (NYSE:JPM) from an “Overweight” rating to a “Neutral” rating. They have a price target of $67.00 on the company.

3M Company (MMM) was downgraded by Sterne Agee from a “Buy” rating to a “Neutral” rating.

Omega Healthcare Investors, Inc. (OHI) was downgraded by Stifel Nicolaus from a “Buy” rating to a “Hold” rating.

Potlatch Co. (PCH) was downgraded by DA Davidson from a “Buy” rating to a “Neutral” rating. They have a price target of $35.00 on the company, down from $38.00.

Pharmaceutical Product Development (PPDI) was downgraded by Jefferies (NYSE:JEF) from a “Buy” rating to a “Hold” rating.
