Potash (POT) (PLL) (PMCS) (CMS) (CODE) (CVE) Downgraded

Potash Corp (NYSE: POT), Pall Co. (NYSE: PLL), PMC-Sierra, Inc. (NASDAQ: PMCS), CMS Energy (NYSE: CMS), Spansion (NASDAQ: CODE) and Cenovus Energy Inc. (NYSE: CVE) were downgraded by analysts.

Potash Corp. (POT) was downgraded by Scotia Capital to a “Sector Perform” rating.

Pall Co. (PLL) was downgraded by JPMorgan Chase & Co. (NYSE:JPM) from an “Overweight” rating to a “Neutral” rating.

PMC-Sierra, Inc. (PMCS) was downgraded by JPMorgan Chase & Co. from an “Overweight” rating to a “Neutral” rating. They have a price target $9.00 on the company, up from $7.50.

CMS Energy (CMS) was downgraded by SunTrust (NYSE:STI) from a “Buy” rating to a “Neutral” rating.

Spansion (CODE) was downgraded by ThinkEquity from a “Buy” rating to a “Hold” rating.

Cenovus Energy Inc. (CVE) was downgraded by UBS AG (NYSE:UBS) from a “Buy” rating to a “Neutral” rating.
