Regal Beloit (RBC) (RMD) (SAN) (HCN) (HS) (NASDAQ: HTLF) Downgraded

Regal Beloit (NYSE: RBC), ResMed Inc. (NYSE: RMD), Banco Santander-Chile (NYSE: SAN), Health Care REIT (NYSE: HCN), HealthSpring, Inc (NYSE: HS) and Heartland Financial USA, Inc. (NASDAQ: HTLF) were downgraded by analysts.

Regal Beloit (RBC) was downgraded by BB&T (NYSE:BBT) from a “Buy” rating to a “Hold” rating.

ResMed Inc. (RMD) was downgraded by Feltl & Co. from a “Strong Buy” rating to a “Buy” rating. They have a price target of $39.10 on the company, down from $40.40.

Banco Santander-Chile (SAN) was downgraded by JPMorgan Chase & Co. (NYSE:JPM) from a “Neutral” rating to an “Underweight” rating.

Health Care REIT (HCN) was downgraded by BMO Capital Markets from an “Outperform” rating to a “Market Perform” rating.

HealthSpring, Inc. (HS) was downgraded by Wells Fargo & Co. (NYSE:WFC) from an “Outperform” rating to a “Market Perform” rating.

Heartland Financial (HTLF) was downgraded by Stifel Nicolaus from a “Buy” rating to a “Hold” rating.
