TNS, Inc. (TNS) was downgraded by SunTrust (NYSE:STI) from a “Buy” rating to a “Neutral” rating.

Texas Roadhouse (TXRH) was downgraded by Credit Suisse (NYSE:CS) from an “Outperform” rating to a “Neutral” rating.

AsiaInfo-Linkage, Inc. (ASIA) was downgraded by Morgan Stanley (NYSE:MS) from an “Overweight” rating to an “Equal Weight” rating.

Atmel (ATML) was downgraded by Needham & Company from a “Strong Buy” rating to a “Buy” rating. They have a price target of $12.00 on the company.
