Avon (AVP) (TIF) (TSO) (TWC) (APH) (ATML) Downgraded

Avon Products, Inc. (NYSE: AVP), Tiffany & Co. (NYSE: TIF), Tesoro Co. (NYSE: TSO), Time Warner Cable (NYSE: TWC), Amphenol Co. (NYSE: APH) and Atmel (NASDAQ: ATML) were downgraded by analysts.

Avon Products, Inc. (AVP) was downgraded by Jefferies (NYSE:JEF) from a “Buy” rating to a “Hold” rating. They have a price target of $20.00 on the company.

Tiffany & Co. (TIF) was downgraded by Morgan Stanley (NYSE:MS) from an “Overweight” rating to an “Equal Weight” rating. They have a price target of $84.00 on the company. They cited valuation as the catalyst behind the call.

Tesoro Co. (TSO) was downgraded by RBC Capital from an “Outperform” rating to a “Sector Perform” rating. They have a price target of $30.00 on the company, down from $34.00.

Amphenol Co. (APH) was downgraded by Ticonderoga from a “Neutral” rating to a “Sell” rating. They have a price target of $38.00 on the company. They cited valuation as the catalyst behind the call.

Atmel (ATML) was downgraded by Needham & Company from a “Strong Buy” rating to a “Buy” rating.
