Central European Distribution Corp. (CEDC), First Capital Bancorp (FCVA), Delcath Systems, Inc. (DCTH), Frequency Electronics Inc. (FEIM), Appliance Recycling (ARCI) and The Bon-Ton Stores, Inc. (BONT) were the biggest losers on the NASDAQ, Friday, November 18.
