Great Plains (GXP) (NPBC) (NVS) (OLN) (GEL) (HCN) Downgraded

Great Plains Energy (NYSE: GXP), National Penn Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: NPBC), Novartis (NYSE: NVS), Olin Co. (NYSE: OLN), Genesis Energy, L.P. (NYSE: GEL) and Health Care REIT (NYSE: HCN) were downgraded by analysts.

Great Plains Energy (GXP) was downgraded by Wells Fargo & Co. (NYSE:WFC) from an “Outperform” rating to a “Market Perform” rating.

National Penn Bancshares, Inc. (NPBC) was downgraded by Janney Montgomery Scott from a “Buy” rating to a “Neutral” rating.

Novartis (NVS) was downgraded by Cowen from an “Outperform” rating to a “Neutral” rating.

Olin Co. (OLN) was downgraded by Bank of America (NYSE:BAC) from a “Buy” rating to an “Underperform” rating.

Genesis Energy, L.P. (GEL) was downgraded by Robert W. Baird from an “Outperform” rating to a “Neutral” rating. They have a price target of $29.00 on the company.

Health Care REIT (HCN) was downgraded by Stifel Nicolaus from a “Buy” rating to a “Hold” rating.
