Openwave Systems Inc. (OPWV) was downgraded by Dougherty & Co. from a “Buy” rating to a “Neutral” rating. They have a price target of $2.00 on the company, down previously from $2.50.
TreeHouse Foods Inc. (THS) was downgraded by BB&T (NYSE:BBT) from a “Buy” rating to a “Hold” rating.
PG&E Co. (PCG) was downgraded by RBC Capital from an “Outperform” rating to a “Sector Perform” rating.
Pioneer Drilling Company (PDC) was downgraded by Morgan Keegan from an “Outperform” rating to a “Market Perform” rating. They have a price target of $10.50 on the company.
Transocean (RIG) was downgraded by Morgan Keegan from an “Outperform” rating to a “Market Perform” rating. They have a price target of $48.00 on the company, down from $60.00.
