NuStar (NSH) (NVE) (OGE) (ECT) (ED) (ESL) Downgraded

NuStar GP Holdings (NYSE: NSH), NV Energy (NYSE: NVE), OGE Energy Corp. (NYSE: OGE), ECA Marcellus Trust (NYSE: ECT), Consolidated Edison, Inc. (NYSE: ED) and Esterline Technologies Co. (NYSE: ESL) were downgraded by analysts.

NuStar GP Holdings (NSH) was downgraded by Morgan Stanley (NYSE:MS) from an “Equal Weight” rating to an “Underweight” rating.

NV Energy (NVE) was downgraded by Bank of America (NYSE:BAC) from a “Buy” rating to a “Neutral” rating. They have a price target of $16.00 on the company.

OGE Energy Corp. (OGE) was downgraded by Jefferies (NYSE:JEF) from a “Buy” rating to a “Hold” rating. They have a price target of $56.00 on the company.

ECA Marcellus Trust (ECT) was downgraded by Robert W. Baird from a “Neutral” rating to an “Underperform” rating. They have a price target of $19.00 on the company, down from $26.00.

Consolidated Edison, Inc. (ED) was downgraded by Jefferies (NYSE:JEF) from a “Hold” rating to an “Underperform” rating. They have a price target of $51.00 on the company.

Esterline Technologies Co. (ESL) was downgraded by Credit Suisse (NYSE:CS) from an “Outperform” rating to a “Neutral” rating. They have a price target of $67.00 on the company.
