Salesforce (CRM) (TXN) (USB) (WYNN) (BRE) (CBZ) Upgraded

Salesforce.com (NYSE: CRM), Texas Instruments (NYSE: TXN), US Bancorp (NYSE: USB), Wynn Resorts, Limited (NASDAQ: WYNN), Bre Properties Inc. (NYSE: BRE) and CBIZ, Inc. (NYSE: CBZ) were upgraded by analysts.

Texas Instruments (TXN) was upgraded by ThinkEquity from a “Hold” rating to a “Buy” rating.

US Bancorp (USB) was upgraded by Morgan Stanley (NYSE:MS) from an “Equal Weight” rating to an “Overweight” rating.

Wynn Resorts, Limited (WYNN) was upgraded by Needham & Company from a “Hold” rating to a “Buy” rating. They have a price target of $145.00 on the company.

Bre Properties Inc. (BRE) was upgraded by RBC Capital from a “Sector Perform” rating to an “Outperform” rating. They have a price target of $55.00 on the company, up from $52.00.

CBIZ, Inc. (CBZ) was upgraded by First Analysis to an “Overweight” rating.

Salesforce.com (CRM) was upgraded by Needham & Company from a “Hold” rating to a “Buy” rating. They have a price target of $125.00 on the company.

So, who is an investor to believe? Needham? Cramer? Cramer suggested selling WYNN this morning! Last week he said "never underestimate Steve Wynn"!!!!
