Simcere (SCR) (SBH) (STFC) (STT) (TD) (TFM) Downgraded

Simcere Pharmaceutical Group (NYSE: SCR), Sally Beauty Holdings Inc. (NYSE: SBH), State Auto Financial (NASDAQ: STFC), State Street Co. (NYSE: STT), Toronto-Dominion Bank (NYSE: TD) and The Fresh Market Inc. (NYSE: TFM) were downgraded by analysts.

Simcere Pharmaceutical Group (SCR) was downgraded by Morgan Stanley (NYSE:MS) to an “Equal Weight” rating.

Sally Beauty Holdings Inc. (SBH) was downgraded by Barclays Capital from an “Overweight” rating to an “Equal Weight” rating.

State Auto Financial (STFC) was downgraded by Sandler O’Neill from a “Hold” rating to a “Sell” rating.

State Street Co. (STT) was downgraded by SunTrust (NYSE:STI) from a “Buy” rating to a “Neutral” rating.

Toronto-Dominion Bank (TD) was downgraded by Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, Inc. from an “Outperform” rating to a “Market Perform” rating.

The Fresh Market Inc. (TFM) was downgraded by Piper Jaffray (NYSE:PJC) from an “Overweight” rating to a “Neutral” rating. They have a price target $45.00 on the company.
