SunPower (SPWRA) (NEE) (NPTN) (RNIN) (SEP) (SNN) (TECD) Downgraded

SunPower Co. (NASDAQ: SPWRA), NextEra Energy, Inc. (NYSE: NEE), Neophotonics Corp. (NASDAQ: NPTN), Wireless Ronin Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: RNIN), Spectra Energy Partners, LP (NYSE: SEP), Smith & Nephew plc (NYSE: SNN) and Tech Data Corporation (NASDAQ: TECD) were downgraded by analysts.

SunPower Co. (SPWRA) was downgraded by Auriga from a “Hold” rating to a “Sell” rating.

NextEra Energy, Inc. (NEE) was downgraded by Jefferies (NYSE:JEF) from a “Buy” rating to a “Hold” rating. They have a price target of $57.00 on the company.

Neophotonics Corp. (NPTN) was downgraded by Bank of America (NYSE:BAC) from a “Neutral” rating to an “Underperform” rating.

Wireless Ronin Technologies, Inc. (RNIN) was downgraded by Northland Securities from an “Outperform” rating to a “Market Perform” rating.

Spectra Energy Partners, LP (SEP) was downgraded by Morgan Keegan from an “Outperform” rating to a “Market Perform” rating. They have a price target of $31.00 on the company.

Smith & Nephew plc (SNN) was downgraded by Credit Suisse (NYSE:CS) from an “Outperform” rating to a “Neutral” rating.

Tech Data Corporation (TECD) was downgraded by Raymond James (NYSE:RJF) from an “Outperform” rating to a “Market Perform” rating.
