Trina Solar (NYSE: TSL), BPZ Resources, Inc. (NYSE: BPZ), CLARCOR Inc. (NYSE: CLC), Veolia Environnement (NYSE: VE), Commerzbank AG (OTC: CRZBY) and D.R. Horton, Inc. (NYSE: DHI) were downgraded by analysts.

Trina Solar (TSL) was downgraded by Maxim Group from a “Buy” rating to a “Sell” rating. They have a price target of $5.00 on the company, down from $22.00.

BPZ Resources, Inc. (BPZ) was downgraded by Rodman & Renshaw from an “Outperform” rating to a “Market Perform” rating.

CLARCOR Inc. (CLC) was downgraded by BB&T (NYSE:BBT) from a “Buy” rating to a “Hold” rating.

Veolia Environnement (VE) was downgraded by JPMorgan Chase & Co. (NYSE:JPM) from a “Neutral” rating to an “Underweight” rating.

Commerzbank AG (CRZBY) was downgraded by analysts at Societe Generale from a “Hold” rating to a “Sell” rating.

D.R. Horton, Inc. (DHI) was downgraded by Citigroup (NYSE:C) from a “Buy” rating to a “Neutral” rating. They have a price target of $12.00 on the company.
