Pioneer Natural Resources (PXD) was downgraded by Deutsche Bank (NYSE:DB) from a "Buy" rating to a "Hold" rating.

Quanta Services (PWR), was downgraded by Robert W. Baird from an "Outperform" rating to a "Neutral" rating. They lowered their price target from $27 from $20 on the company.

Renasant (RNST) was downgraded by Keefe Bruyette from an "Outperform" rating to a "Market Perform" rating.
