Calpine (CPN) (SMSC) (SWN) (VMC) (AMSF) (BIO) Downgraded

Calpine (NYSE: CPN), Standard Microsystems Co. (NASDAQ: SMSC), Southwestern Energy (NYSE: SWN), Vulcan Materials Company (NYSE: VMC),
Amerisafe Inc. (NASDAQ: AMSF) and Bio-Rad Labs (NYSE: BIO) were downgraded by analysts.

Calpine (CPN) was downgraded by Jefferies (NYSE:JEF) from a “Buy” rating to a “Hold” rating. They have a price target of $15.50 on the company.

Standard Microsystems Co. (SMSC) was downgraded by Capstone Investments to a “Hold” rating.

Southwestern Energy (SWN) was downgraded by Barclays Capital from an “Overweight” rating to an “Equal Weight” rating.

Vulcan Materials Company (VMC) was downgraded by Goldman Sachs (NYSE:GS) from a “Neutral” rating to a “Sell” rating. They have a price target of $29.00 on the company.

Amerisafe Inc. (AMSF) was downgraded by SunTrust (NYSE:STI) from a “Buy” rating to a “Neutral” rating.

Bio-Rad Labs (BIO) was downgraded by Credit Agricole from a “Buy” rating to an “Outperform” rating.
