Franklin Resources, Inc. (BEN) was downgraded by Ticonderoga from a “Buy” rating to a “Neutral” rating.

Celestica (CLS) was downgraded by Ticonderoga from a “Neutral” rating to a “Sell” rating. They have a price target of $5.00 on the company.
