Invesco (IVR) (MOS) (MT) (DMAN) (DO) (EGOV) Downgraded

Invesco Mortgage Capital Inc. (NYSE: IVR), The Mosaic Company (NYSE: MOS), ArcelorMittal (NYSE: MT), DemandTec, Inc. (NASDAQ: DMAN), Diamond Offshore Drilling, Inc. (NYSE: DO) and NIC Inc. (NASDAQ: EGOV) were downgraded by analysts.

Invesco Mortgage Capital Inc. (IVR) was downgraded by JMP Securities from an “Outperform” rating to a “Market Perform” rating.

The Mosaic Company (MOS) was downgraded by JPMorgan Chase & Co. (NYSE:JPM) from an “Overweight” rating to a “Neutral” rating.

ArcelorMittal (MT) was downgraded by Zacks Investment Research from an “Outperform” rating to a “Neutral” rating.

DemandTec, Inc. (DMAN) was downgraded by Craig Hallum to a “Sell” rating.

Diamond Offshore Drilling, Inc. (DO) was downgraded by Citigroup (NYSE:C) from a “Buy” rating to a “Neutral” rating.

NIC Inc. (EGOV) was downgraded by Zacks Investment Research from an “Outperform” rating to a “Neutral” rating.
