Scotts Miracle-Gro (SMG) was downgraded by Bank of America (NYSE:BAC) from a “Neutral” rating to an “Underperform” rating.

BioMed Realty Trust, Inc. (BMR) was downgraded by Macquarie from an “Outperform” rating to a “Neutral” rating.

Cogent Communications (CCOI) was downgraded by Citigroup (NYSE:C) from a “Buy” rating to a “Neutral” rating.

Comtech Telecom (CMTL) was downgraded by JPMorgan Chase & Co. (NYSE:JPM) from an “Overweight” rating to a “Neutral” rating.
