Valero (VLO) (VLCCF) (WFR) (BHI) (CKEC) (CMLP) Downgraded

Valero Energy Co. (NYSE: VLO), Knightsbridge Tankers Limited (NASDAQ: VLCCF), MEMC Electronic Materials Inc. (NYSE: WFR), Baker Hughes (NYSE: BHI), Carmike Cinemas, Inc. (NASDAQ: CKEC) and Crestwood Midstream Partners LP (NASDAQ: CMLP) were downgraded by analysts.

Knightsbridge Tankers Limited (VLCCF) was downgraded by Zacks Investment Research from a “Neutral” rating to an “Underperform” rating.

Valero Energy Co. (VLO) was downgraded by RBC Capital from a “Top Pick” rating to an “Outperform” rating. They have a price target of $32.00 on the company, down from $33.00.

MEMC Electronic Materials Inc. (WFR) was downgraded by Wunderlich from a “Buy” rating to a “Sell” rating. They have a price target of $3.00 on the company, down from $11.00.

Baker Hughes (BHI) was downgraded by Guggenheim from a “Buy” rating to a “Neutral” rating. They have a price target of $60.00 on the company.

Carmike Cinemas, Inc. (CKEC) was downgraded by Caris & Company from an “Average” rating to a “Below Average” rating. They have a price target of $6.00 on the company.

Crestwood Midstream Partners LP (CMLP) was downgraded by Bank of America (NYSE:BAC) from a “Neutral” rating to an “Underperform” rating.
