Impax (IPXL) (FCS) (HIG) (JCP) (BMY) Upgraded

Impax Laboratories, Inc. (NASDAQ: IPXL), Fairchild Semiconductor International (NYSE: FCS), Hartford Financial (NYSE: HIG), J.C. Penney Company, Inc. (NYSE: JCP) and Bristol Myers Squibb Co. (NYSE: BMY) were upgraded by analysts.

Fairchild Semiconductor International (FCS) was upgraded by Deutsche Bank (NYSE:DB) from a “Hold” rating to a “Buy” rating.

Fossil (FOSL) was upgraded by Brean Murray from a “Hold” rating to a “Buy” rating. They have a price target of $100.00 on the company.

Hartford Financial (HIG) was upgraded by Goldman Sachs (NYSE:GS) from a “Neutral” rating to a “Buy” rating.

Impax Laboratories, Inc. (IPXL) was upgraded by Canaccord Genuity from a “Hold” rating to a “Buy” rating. They have a price target of $28.00 on the company, up from $21.00.

J.C. Penney Company, Inc. (JCP) was upgraded by Deutsche Bank from a “Sell” rating to a “Hold” rating.

Bristol Myers Squibb Co. (BMY) was upgraded by Credit Agricole to an “Outperform” rating.
