Navistar (NAV) (MD) (NEE) (HCA) (HCP) (HES) Downgraded

Navistar (NYSE: NAV), Mednax Services Inc. (NYSE: MD), NextEra Energy, Inc. (NYSE: NEE), HCA Holdings Inc. (NYSE: HCA), HCP, Inc. (NYSE: HCP) and Hess Corp. (NYSE: HES) were downgraded by analysts.

Mednax Services Inc. (MD) was downgraded by RBC Capital from a “Top Pick” rating to an “Outperform” rating. They have a price target of $77.00 on the company.

Navistar (NAV) was downgraded by JPMorgan Chase & Co. (NYSE:JPM) from a “Neutral” rating to an “Underweight” rating.

NextEra Energy, Inc. (NEE) was downgraded by Wells Fargo & Co. (NYSE:WFC) from an “Outperform” rating to a “Market Perform” rating.

HCA Holdings Inc. (HCA) was downgraded by Citigroup (NYSE:C) from a “Buy” rating to a “Neutral” rating.

HCP, Inc. (HCP) was downgraded by BMO Capital Markets from a “Market Perform” rating to an “Underperform” rating.

Hess Corp. (HES) was downgraded by Raymond James (NYSE:RJF) to an “Outperform” rating.
