Forest Oil (FST) (HLX) (UPL) (REXX) (PDCO) (PETD) Ratings, Price Targets

Forest Oil (NYSE: FST), Helix Energy Solutions Group (NYSE: HLX), Ultra Petroleum (NYSE: UPL), Rex Energy (NASDAQ: REXX), Patterson Companies (NASDAQ: PDCO) and Petroleum Development (NASDAQ: PETD) ratings and price targets.

Forest Oil (FST) was downgraded by Capital One to a “Neutral” rating.

Helix Energy Solutions Group (HLX) was downgraded by Morgan Stanley (NYSE:MS) from an “Equal Weight” rating to an “Underweight” rating.

Ultra Petroleum (UPL) was downgraded by Capital One to a “Neutral” rating.

Rex Energy (REXX) was downgraded by Capital One to a “Neutral” rating.

Patterson Companies (PDCO) was downgraded by Barclays Capital (NYSE:BCS) from an “Equal Weight” rating to an “Underweight” rating.

Petroleum Development (PETD) was downgraded by Brean Murray Carret & Co. from a “Buy” rating to a “Hold” rating. They have a price target of $46.00 on the company.

Baidu.com (BIDU) (CNC) (EXPE) (HLX) (NOV) (NSC) (UA) Price Targets Changed

Baidu.com, Inc. (NASDAQ: BIDU), Centene Co. (NYSE: CNC), Expedia, Inc. (NASDAQ: EXPE), Helix Energy Solutions Group Inc. (NYSE: HLX), National-Oilwell Varco, Inc. (NYSE: NOV), Norfolk Southern Corp. (NYSE: NSC) and Under Armour, Inc. (NYSE: UA) price targets changed by analysts.

Baidu.com, Inc. (BIDU) had its price target raised by HSBC from $181.00 to $195.00. They have an “Overweight” rating on the company.

Centene Co. (CNC) had its price target raised by Goldman Sachs (NYSE:GS) to $41.00. They have a “Neutral” rating on the company.

Expedia, Inc. (EXPE) had its price target raised by The Benchmark Company from $26.00 to $34.00. They have a “Hold” rating on the company.

Helix Energy Solutions Group Inc. (HLX) had its price target raised by Morgan Keegan to $25.50.

National-Oilwell Varco, Inc. (NOV) had its price target raised by Howard Weil from $95.00 to $101.00. They have an “Outperform” rating on the company.

Norfolk Southern Corp. (NSC) had its price target raised by Stifel Nicolaus from $83.00 to $90.00. They have a “Buy” rating on the company.

Under Armour, Inc. (UA) had its price target raised by FBR Capital from $75.00 to $80.00. They have a “Market Perform” rating on the company.

Helix (HLX) (MAS) (SFSF) (SB) Get Ratings Downgrades

Helix Energy Solutions Group Inc. (NYSE: HLX), Masco Co. (NYSE: MAS), SuccessFactors, Inc. (NASDAQ: SFSF) and Safe Bulkers, Inc. (NYSE: SB) downgraded by analysts.

Morgan Stanley (NYSE:MS) downgraded Helix Energy Solutions Group Inc. (HLX) from an “Overweight” rating to an “Equal Weight” rating. They placed a price target of $18 on the stock. They cited the catalyst as being valuation.

RBC Capital downgraded Masco Co. (MAS) from a “Sector Perform” rating to an “Underperform” rating. They set a price target of $13.00 on the firm, down from $14.

Gleacher & Co. (NASDAQ:GLCH) downgraded SuccessFactors, Inc. (SFSF) from a “Buy” rating to a “Neutral” rating.

Jefferies (NYSE:JEF) downgraded Safe Bulkers, Inc. (SB) from a “Buy” rating to a “Hold” rating. They placed a price target $8 on the company, down from $12.00.

US Steel (X) (HLX) (JEC) Get Ratings Changes

Shares of US Steel (NYSE:X) and Helix Energy (NYSE:HLX) were downgraded while Jacobs Engineering (JEC) was upgraded on April 27 by various brokerages.

US Steel (X) was downgraded by Goldman Sachs (NYSE:GS) from "Buy" to "Neutral." They have a price target of $56 on X. Estimates were also cut, to line up with the new guidance of the company company.

Helix Energy (HLX) was downgraded by Morgan Stanley (NYSE:MS) to "Equal-weight." Morgan Stanley has a price target of $18 on the energy company. The soaring Valuation was cited as the reason for the downgrade, as the stock has soared 50 percent over the past three months.

Jacobs Engineering (JEC) was upgraded at BMO from "Market Perform" to "Outperform." BMO Capital has a price target of $60 on Jacobs. BMO said the firm is seeing better demand from its key end markets.
