HSN, Inc. (NASDAQ: HSNI), iSoftStone Holdings Ltd (NYSE: ISS), KeyBanc (NYSE: KEY), Liberty Media (NASDAQ: LINTA), Eloyalty Corp. (NASDAQ: MATR) and Nielsen (NASDAQ: NLSN) getting new coverage from analysts.

Ratings on (DKS) (HPQ) (KRC) (LFT) (NLSN) Downgraded

Ratings on shares of Dick’s Sporting Goods (NYSE: DKS), Hewlett-Packard (NYSE: HPQ), Kilroy Realty Co. (NYSE: KRC), Longtop Financial Technologies Limited (NYSE: LFT) and Nielsen Hldg (NASDAQ: NLSN) were downgraded by analysts.

Sterne Agee downgraded Dick’s Sporting Goods (DKS) from a “neutral” rating to a “sell” rating. They have a price target of $32.00 on the company.

JPMorgan Chase & Co. (NYSE:JPM) downgraded Hewlett-Packard (HPQ) from an “overweight” rating to a “neutral” rating. They have a price target of $42.00 on the company.

RBC Capital downgraded Kilroy Realty Co. (KRC) from a “top pick” rating to an “outperform” rating. They have a price target of $45.00 on the company, up from $44.00.

Price Targets on (MMI) (MSI) (N) (NCR) (NLSN) Updated

Price targets on Motorola Mobility (NYSE: MMI), Motorola Solutions (NYSE: MSI), NetSuite Inc. (NYSE: N), NCR Corp. (NYSE: NCR) and Nielsen Holding (NASDAQ: NLSN) get updated.

Jefferies (NYSE:JEF) cut their price target on Motorola Mobility (MMI) from $28.00 to $26.00. They have a “hold” rating on the company.

Jefferies raised their price target on shares of Motorola Solutions (NYSE: MSI) from $40.00 to $49.00. They have a “hold” rating on the company.

Deutsche Bank (NYSE:DB) raised their price target on NetSuite Inc. (N) from $24.00 to $27.00. They have a “hold” rating on the company.

JPMorgan Chase & Co. (NYSE:JPM) raised their price target on NCR Corp. (NCR) from $19.00 to $21.00.

Deutsche Bank raised their price target on Nielsen Holding (NLSN) from $34.00 to $36.00.

ComScore (SCOR), Nielsen (NLSN) Patent Infringement Battle Heats Up

In the second round of the legal battle between Internet metric firms ComScore (NASDAQ:SCOR) and Nielsen Holdings (NYSE:NLSN), comScore has fired back with a counter suit against Nielsen, also alleging infringement of patents, according to a regulatory filing of comScore.

Nielsen filed a lawsuit against comScore on March 16 in U.S. District Court making similar claims.

Nielsen said in a statement, "While we support vigorous competition in the marketplace, that competition must be fair and respect intellectual property rights. Nielsen does not take such matters lightly and only after thorough analysis and consideration did we file this action. We look forward to a fair and appropriate resolution."

ComScore said it "intends to vigorously protect its intellectual property and defend itself."

Both companies are seeking unspecified damages and injunctive relief.

Comscore closed Tuesday at $27.97, gaining $0.19, or 0.68 percent. Nielsen closed at $27.15, up $0.15, or 0.56 percent.

Android (GOOG) Leads Apple (AAPL), RIM (RIMM) in U.S. Smartphone Sales

Google's (GOOG) Android operating system, when taken in aggregate, is leading U.S. sales for smartphones, according to Nielsen, with Apple’s (NASDAQ:AAPL) and Research in Motion’s (NASDAQ:RIMM) smartphones its closest competitors.

The period of time targeted by Nielsen was sales from November to January, and was for post-paid subscribers.

Android accounts for a 29 percent share in America, while Apple and Research in Motion are even at 27 percent share.

After that the competition falls off, with HTC having a 12 percent share, and Motorola Mobility’s (NYSE:MMI) and Microsoft (NASDAQ:MSFT) with their Windows Phone 7 having a 10 percent share each.
