Capital One (COF) was upgraded by RBC Capital from a “Sector Perform” rating to an “Outperform” rating. They have a price target of $56.00 on the company, up from $49.00.
Commerzbank AG (CRZBY) was upgraded by WestLB to a “Buy” rating.
F5 Networks (FFIV) was upgraded by William Blair from a “Market Perform” rating to an “Outperform” rating.
Limelight Networks (LLNW) was upgraded by Raymond James (NYSE:RJF) from an “Underperform” rating to a “Market Perform” rating.

Airlines (LCC) (JBLU) (UAL) (GOL) (RYAAY) Traded Mixed Tuesday
Airline stocks like US Airways (NYSE:LCC), JetBlue Airways (NASDAQ:JBLU), Gol Linhas Aereas Inteligentes (NYSE:GOL), United Continental (NYSE:UAL) and Ryanair (NASDAQ:RYAAY) closed mixed on Tuesday, at the NYSE Airline index ended the session at $43.14.
Of the 12 airlines in the index, 7 of them closed in positive territory on Tuesday.
The top two performers were US Airways (LCC) and JetBlue Airways (JBLU). US Airways ended the day at $9.22, up $0.16, or 1.77 percent. JetBlue closed at $5.81, up $0.10, or 1.75 percent.
Next was United Continental (UAL), which ended the session at $23.88, gaining $0.36, or 1.53 percent.
The bottom airline performers were Gol Linhas Aereas Inteligentes (GOL) and Ryanair (RYAAY). Gol Linhas closed at $13.76, falling $0.26, or 1.85 percent. Ryanair closed at $30.01, down $0.28, or 0.92 percent.
