Virgin Media (NASDAQ: VMED), Time Warner Cable (NYSE: TWC), Valley National Bancorp (NYSE: VLY), Aixtron AG (NASDAQ: AIXG), Ariba, Inc. (NASDAQ: ARBA) and Avid Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ: AVID) were downgraded by analysts.
