Price targets on NetLogic Microsystems, Inc. (NASDAQ: NETL), Children’s Place Retail Stores, Inc. (NASDAQ: PLCE), Occidental Petroleum Co. (NYSE: OXY) and Priceline (NASDAQ: PCLN) were updated today by analysts.

Goldman Sachs (NYSE:GS) raised their price target on Children’s Place Retail Stores, Inc. (PLCE) to $59.00. They have a “buy” rating on the company.

Analysts downgraded Open Text (NASDAQ: OTEX), Children’s Place Retail Stores, Inc. (NASDAQ: PLCE), Pharmerica Corporation (NYSE: PMC), P.A.M. Transportation Services, Inc. (NASDAQ: PTSI) and Praxair, Inc. (NYSE: PX) today.

Benchmark Co. downgraded Open Text (OTEX) from a “hold” rating to a “sell” rating. They have a price target of $56 on the company.

JPMorgan Chase & Co. (NYSE:JPM) downgraded Children’s Place Retail Stores, Inc. (PLCE) from an “overweight” rating to a “neutral” rating.

Stifel Nicolaus downgraded Pharmerica Corporation (PMC) from a “buy” rating to a “hold” rating.

Morgan Keegan downgraded P.A.M. Transportation Services, Inc. (PTSI) from an “outperform” rating to a “market perform” rating.

Piper Jaffray downgraded Praxair, Inc. (PX) from an “overweight” rating to a “neutral” rating. They now have a price target of $106 on the company, up from $104.

Aaron’s (AAN) (CIT) (IEX) (MRNA) (PLCE) PTs Adjusted April 26

Aaron’s Inc. (NYSE: AAN), CIT Group Inc. (NYSE: CIT), IDEX Corp (NYSE: IEX), Marina Biotech, Inc. (NASDAQ: MRNA) and Children’s Place Retail Stores, Inc. (NASDAQ: PLCE) had their price targets adjusted on April 26, with all but CIT Group Inc. getting a boost.

Stifel Nicolaus raised their price target Aaron’s Inc. (AAN) from $28.00 to $30.00. They have a “Buy” rating on the company.

Citigroup (NYSE:C) cut its price target CIT Group Inc. (CIT) from $57.00 to $55.00. They have a “Buy” rating on the firm.

UBS AG (NYSE:UBS) raised their price target on IDEX Corp (IEX) to $50.00. They have a “Neutral” rating on IDEX.

LifeTech Capital boosted their price target on Marina Biotech, Inc. (MRNA) to $2.50. They have a “Strong Buy” rating on Marina.

Wedbush raised its price target on Children’s Place Retail Stores, Inc. (PLCE) from $53.00 to $57.00. They have an “Outperform” rating on PLCE.

Children's Place (NASDAQ:PLCE) Accelerating Expansion in 2011

With 85 new physical stores to open in 2011, and a growing and robust Internet business, The Children's Place (NASDAQ:PLCE) should enjoy accelerated growth in 2011.

Susquehanna maintained their "Neutral" rating on the retailer for now, while incrased their EPS estimate and price target.

Susquehanna noted, "Plans call for 85 store openings in 2011, with the majority to be located in value centers. E-commerce continues to experience strong growth, with revenues up 33% in 3Q10, and strength across all key metrics including traffic, transactions, ADS and AUR. A "Place Shops" section has been added to the upgraded web site, offering customers ease of shopability in a new gift, special occasion, sleepwear and uniform shops. The web site will begin shipping internationally in 4Q10."

EPS estimates for full year 2011 were raised to to $2.83 from $2.71 and to $3.10 from $2.98 for full year 2012.

They also had their price target raised on them from $41 to $47, although they've been trading above $51 a share recently.
