Jefferies (NYSE:JEF) reiterated a “Buy” rating on Baker Hughes (BHI).

Wunderlich maintained its “Buy” rating on Iesi-Bfc Ltd (BIN).

Hapoalim Securities reiterated a “Sell” rating on First Solar, Inc. (FSLR). They have a price target of $120 on the solar company.

Dahlman Rose reiterated a “Hold” rating on US Airways Group, Inc. (LCC).

JPMorgan Chase & Co. (NYSE:JPM) reiterated an “Overweight” rating on Life Technologies Corporation (LIFE). They have a price target of $65 on them.

AK Steel (AKS), First Solar (FSLR), Gulfmark Offshore (GLF) Get Ratings Upgrade

Shares of AK Steel (NYSE:AKS), First Solar (NASDAQ:FSLR) and Gulfmark Offshore (NYSE:GLF) were all upgraded to "Buy" or "Neutral" on April 27 by various brokerages.

AK Steel (AKS) was upgraded by Dahlman Rose from "Hold" to "Buy." They have a price target of $22 on AK. The steel firm is seeing higher volumes and is successfully managing costs.

First Solar (FSLR) was upgraded by Kaufman from "Hold" to "Buy." Kaufman Bros. has a price target of $165 on the company. The share price has plunged 25 percent since January highs and the company is considered the likely candidate to emerge as a clear leader in the solar industry.

Global Hunter Securities upgraded Gulfmark Offshore (NYSE:GLF) from "Reduce" to "Neutral."

Barrick (ABX) (LL) (WLT) (WM) Ratings Maintained at Current Levels

Barrick Gold Corp (NYSE: ABX), Lumber Liquidators (NYSE: LL), Walter Energy (NYSE: WLT) and Waste Management Inc (NYSE: WM) all had their current rating levels maintained by several brokerages on April 26.

Piper Jaffray maintained its “Neutral” rating on Lumber Liquidators (LL).

Dahlman Rose maintained a “Buy” rating on shares of Walter Energy (WLT). They now have a $148.00 price target on the stock.

Wunderlich maintained a “Buy” rating on Waste Management Inc (WM).

Dahlman Rose maintained a “Hold” rating on Barrick Gold Corp (ABX).

Silver Wheaton (SLW) (TRGL) (KSU) (BAS) Get April 25th Rating Changes

Silver Wheaton (NYSE: SLW), Toreador Resources Co. (NASDAQ: TRGL), Basic Energy Services (NYSE:BAS) and Kansas City Southern (NYSE: KSU) all had their ratings adjusted by analysts on April 25th, getting mixed response.

UBS AG (NYSE:UBS) upgraded Silver Wheaton Corp. from a “Neutral” rating to a “Buy” rating.

Morgan Keegan upgraded Basic Energy Services from “Market perform” rating to an “Outperform” rating. They have a $36.00 price target on the stock, up from the prior $23.50.

C.K. Cooper downgraded Toreador Resources Co. from a “Buy” rating to a “Hold” rating.

Dahlman Rose maintained its “Hold” rating on shares of Kansas City Southern.

Molycorp's (NYSE:MCP) PT Boosted by Dahlman Rose

The recent announcement by China concerning cutting back exports of rare earths shook up the industry, with Molycorp (NYSE:MCP) attracting significant amount of the focus.

Dahlman Rose is impressed with the potential of Molycorp in light of the China export quota cuts, and increased their price target on them in a big way, boosting it from $49 to $85. Dahlman said they believe the price will be supported by the actions of the Chinese.

Dahlman maintains a "Buy" rating on Molycorp, which was trading at $57.06, up $7.16, or 14.35 percent, as of 11:58 AM EST.
