Choice Hotels (CHH) was downgraded by MKM Partners from a “Neutral” rating to a “Sell” rating. They have a price target of $32.00 on the company, down from $34.00.

Chesapeake Energy (CHK) was downgraded by ISI Group from a “Hold” rating to a “Sell” rating.
