A Craig-Hallum analyst said Wednesday that LodgeNet (Nasdaq:LNET) will probably have their adult video-on-demand movies banned from a large customer, causing the shares to plummet by over 25 percent during the trading session, before pulling back some.
That would come once the existing contract expires.
Worse, the analyst also said another customer of LodgeNet could get rid of over 50,000 units from their rooms over the next half year.
Craig-Hallum dropped their rating on LodgeNet to "Neutral." LNET closed Wednesday at $3.38, plunging $0.74, or 17.96 percent.
