OmniVision Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: OVTI), Public Service Enterprise Group Inc. (NYSE: PEG), PMC-Sierra, Inc. (NASDAQ: PMCS), Community Health Systems (NYSE: CYH), D.R. Horton, Inc. (NYSE: DHI) and Dollar Tree Inc. (NASDAQ: DLTR) were downgraded by analysts.

D.R. Horton, Inc. (DHI) was downgraded by Citigroup (NYSE:C) from a “Neutral” rating to a “Buy” rating. They have a price target of $12.00 on the company. They cited valuation as the catalyst behind the call.
