Panera (PNRA) (POR) (PX) (CRI) (CS) (CYH) Downgraded

Panera Bread Company (NASDAQ: PNRA), Portland General Electric Company (NYSE: POR), Praxair, Inc. (NYSE: PX), Carter’s, Inc. (NYSE: CRI), Credit Suisse (NYSE: CS) and Community Health Systems (NYSE: CYH) were downgraded by analysts.

Panera Bread Company (PNRA) was downgraded by Sterne Agee from a “Buy” rating to a “Neutral” rating.

Portland General Electric Company (POR) was downgraded by Goldman Sachs (NYSE:GS) from a “Neutral” rating to a “Sell” rating.

Praxair, Inc. (PX) was downgraded by Argus from a “Buy” rating to a “Hold” rating. They cited valuation as the catalyst behind the call.

Carter’s, Inc. (CRI) was downgraded by Sterne Agee from a “Buy” rating to a “Neutral” rating. They have a price target of $43.00 on the company. They cited valuation as the catalyst behind the call.

Credit Suisse (CS) was downgraded by Rochdale Securities from a “Buy” rating to a “Neutral” rating.

Community Health Systems (CYH) was downgraded by Wells Fargo & Co. (NYSE:WFC) from an “Outperform” rating to a “Market Perform” rating.
